Tracy is an environmental and regulatory consultant and expert in negotiation, consultation and engagement processes. Tracy has over a decade of experience working with First Nations, federal, provincial and municipal governments in Canada, as well as not-for-profit and private sector entities.

Tracy is the Principal Consultant and Owner of Sociality Consulting Inc. She holds a Masters degree in Environmental Conservation from the University of Cambridge in the UK, and a BA in Political Science and Environmental Studies from Dalhousie University in Halifax, Nova Scotia.

Tracy is a former federal senior advisor with Environment and Climate Change Canada and the Impact Assessment Agency of Canada, and a former senior policy advisor for the Ontario Ministry of the Environment, Conservation and Parks. Internationally, Tracy has worked as consultant for the United Nations Environment Programme in Nairobi, supporting global corporate partnership initiatives for environmental protection.
